Connection and Operation
Powering On and Off

The Home button with the four face buttons determines the mode.
Pairing with the Wireless Receiver
- Plug the receiver into the device's port, then press the pairing button on the receiver; its indicator will flash rapidly, signaling it has entered pairing mode.
- With the controller off, perform a short press on the X button + Home button until the green light flashes rapidly, then release.
- The controller enters pairing state in receiver mode and waits to connect.
- After a successful connection, the receiver indicator becomes solid, and the green light on the controller also becomes solid.
- Press and hold the Screenshot button + Home button for three seconds to force the controller into pairing mode.
Connecting to PC
- Wired Connection: Connect the controller to the PC via Type-C cable; after a successful connection, the controller indicator remains green.
- Bluetooth Connection: With the controller off, perform a short press on the B button + Home button until the indicator flashes blue, then release.
- Open the Bluetooth menu on the PC, select the device named "Wireless Controller", and click to connect.
- A solid blue light indicates a successful connection.
- To reconnect later: If the controller mode hasn't changed, press the Home button to power on; it will automatically reconnect to the device.
- If the controller name does not appear in the Bluetooth menu, delete "Wireless Controller" from the list of paired devices on the PC and try again.
The Type-C port is located on the top edge.
Connecting to Switch
- From the main screen of the Switch, go to the Controller menu, select "Change Grip/Order," and wait on this screen.
- With the controller off, perform a short press on the Y button + Home button until the indicator flashes red rapidly, then release and wait for the connection to complete.
- A solid red light indicates a successful connection.
- To reconnect later: If the controller mode hasn't changed, press the Home button to power on; it will automatically reconnect to the device.
Connecting to Android Devices
- With the controller off, perform a short press on the A button + Home button until the indicator flashes yellow rapidly, then release.
- Open the Bluetooth menu on the phone, select the device named "GameSir-Nova Lite", and click to connect.
- A solid yellow light indicates a successful connection.
- To reconnect later: If the controller mode hasn't changed, press the Home button to power on; it will automatically reconnect to the device.
Connecting to Apple Devices
- With the controller off, perform a short press on the B button + Home button until the indicator flashes blue rapidly, then release.
- Open the Bluetooth menu on the device, select the device named "DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller", and click to connect.
- A solid blue light indicates a successful connection.
- If the controller signal does not appear, delete "DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller" from the list of paired devices on the device and try again.
The DS4 mode combination is the same as the one used for Apple devices and PC via Bluetooth.

Turbo
- Turbo speed is 20Hz. Supported buttons are A, B, X, Y, LB, LT, RB, and RT.
- To set Turbo: Press and hold the M button, then press the desired button. Repeat to cancel.
- To clear Turbo from all buttons: Double press the M button.
- When a Turbo button is activated, the Home button indicator flashes red twice per second.
- This setting is saved after restarting the controller.
Top edge buttons and triggers support Turbo.
Calibration
Stick and trigger calibration:
- With the controller on, press and hold the View, Home, and Menu buttons until the Home button flashes white slowly.
- Press the LT and RT triggers to their maximum extent three times.
- Rotate the sticks at their maximum angle three times.
- Press the A button; the Home button light becomes solid white, indicating calibration is finished.
Reset
- If the controller buttons stop responding, use a thin tool like a paperclip to press the Reset button inside the circular hole on the back of the controller.
- This forces the controller to power off; restart it afterward.
Companion Software and Firmware Update
- Controller update: Connect it to the PC via cable, then press the firmware update button inside the GameSir Connect software.
- Forced controller update: Press and hold the Mode button + X button + B button while connecting it to the PC.
- Receiver update: Connect the controller to the receiver, run GameSir Connect, and press the firmware update button.
- Forced receiver update: Keep your finger on the pairing button on the receiver while plugging it into the PC port.
- The controller firmware can also be updated from the GameSir mobile app.

FAQ
The indicator is stuck on red when connecting to the receiver, and the Home button + View button combination does not work
Update the controller firmware via the GameSir mobile app. If the problem persists, update the receiver firmware as well.
I cannot connect via Bluetooth or the receiver, and the indicator flashes slowly
Press and hold the Home button + Screenshot button for two seconds to return to pairing mode; the indicator will flash rapidly. If connecting via the receiver, press the pairing button on it to re-link.
The indicator is red or blue instead of green when connecting to the PC, and the game does not work correctly
You may have accidentally switched to DS4 or Switch mode. Press and hold the View button + Menu button to cycle between XInput, Switch, and DS4 modes. The green mode is XInput, which is most commonly used with PC.
Buttons or triggers press multiple times, and the indicator flashes red
Turbo mode is enabled. Double press the M button to stop it.
Stick drifts or trigger does not work correctly
