Authorized Version: September 2026 (2026-09) — Effective as of September 25, 2026, for all orders from this date forward. Every order is subject to the version of the policy in effect on the date of the order. This text is the sole reference for the Return and Warranty policy, and any article summarized in the Help Center is subordinate to it.

1. Definitions

  • The Company: Qimmat Al-Tatawur Al-Mustaqbaliah Trading Company, the authorized distributor for GameSir products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Authorized Channel: The gamesir.sa store and the Company’s official accounts under its name on third-party platforms. Any other seller on those platforms is not an authorized channel.
  • Receipt Date: The date recorded by the shipping company or the platform as the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: The order number from an authorized channel and the invoice issued by it.
  • Serial Number: The number printed on the product box or the device itself, which is the Company's reference for identifying the unit and its date.
  • Technical Inspection: An inspection conducted by the Company or its authorized agent to determine the nature of the defect; its report is the reference for applying this policy.

2. Returns within Thirty (30) Days

2.1 Duration: Return requests are accepted within thirty (30) days from the receipt date. Requests submitted after this period are handled according to the Warranty section only.

2.2 Requirements to be met collectively:

  1. The product is in its original condition, unused, and without scratches or signs of use.
  2. Return of the original box, all components, accessories, manuals, and code cards with the scratch-off area intact.
  3. Proof of purchase from an authorized channel.
  4. The serial number of the returned unit must match the delivered unit.

2.3 Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase: The customer bears the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The Company has the right to deduct the value of any missing or damaged component.

2.4 Items that cannot be returned:

  • Subscription codes and digital cards after being scratched or activated.
  • Products whose hygienic or protective packaging has been opened.
  • Units showing signs of use, modification, or installation of non-original accessories.
  • Bundles, unless returned complete with all their elements.

2.5 Refund: After the unit is received and inspected, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) days from the acceptance of the return. Refunds are not provided in cash or to a different payment method.

3. Defect upon Receipt

3.1 Reporting: The customer must open a support ticket within seven (7) days of the receipt date, and within forty-eight (48) hours if the damage occurred during shipping (broken box or visible damage).

3.2 Required Evidence to accept the ticket: Three clear photos of the product from different angles showing the serial number, a video clip not exceeding sixty (60) seconds showing the defect in action, and a brief description. A ticket without complete evidence is not considered submitted.

3.3 Processing: If the defect upon receipt is confirmed by Technical Inspection, the Company will replace the unit with the same or an equivalent one, and cover the return and replacement shipping. If a replacement is not possible, the amount will be refunded according to Clause 2.5.

3.4 Insufficient Evidence: The Company has the right to request re-filming or receipt of the unit for inspection before any decision, and the ticket remains pending until evidence is complete.

4. Twelve (12) Months Warranty

4.1 Duration and Scope: Twelve (12) months from the receipt date, for the original purchaser from an authorized channel; non-transferable. It covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that Technical Inspection proves to be caused by a defect in the product.

4.2 What the warranty does not cover:

  • Gradual deterioration or decrease in the efficiency of buttons, sticks, triggers, and the battery resulting from normal wear and tear over time.
  • Breakage, scratches, structural deformation, entry of liquids, dust, or moisture.
  • Misuse, dropping, excessive pressure, storage in unsuitable temperature or humidity.
  • Opening, repairing, or modifying the device outside the Company, or using unofficial software or updates.
  • Damages resulting from non-original accessories, chargers, or cables.
  • Consumable accessories: cables, stick covers, stands, cushions, straps.
  • Aesthetic defects that do not affect functionality.
  • Units purchased from an unauthorized seller or where proof of purchase or serial number cannot be verified.
  • Units whose serial number has been tampered with or removed.

4.3 Warranty is not a periodic replacement program: A replacement request will not be accepted simply due to a decrease in product performance with use. Claims submitted after extended periods of use are subject to Technical Inspection to determine the nature of the defect; wear resulting from use is treated as consumption, not a defect.

4.4 Claim Procedures:

  1. Open a support ticket with proof of purchase and serial number.
  2. Provide the evidence stipulated in Clause 3.2.
  3. Perform the initial inspection steps requested by support (reset, calibration, firmware update) and document the result.
  4. Upon request, send the unit for inspection in suitable packaging; the Company covers shipping if the defect is proven to be covered, and the customer covers it if proven otherwise or if the unit is functional.

4.5 Processing upon confirmation of defect: In the following order at the Company’s discretion: repair, then replacement with the same or equivalent specifications, then refund of the actual purchase price if the first two are not possible. The replacement unit completes the original warranty period and a new period does not begin.

4.6 Non-covered unit: The customer is notified with a written inspection report showing the reason. The unit is returned at the customer’s expense, or paid maintenance is offered if available. A unit that the customer does not collect or pay shipping for within thirty (30) days of being notified is considered abandoned, and the Company has the right to dispose of it.

4.7 Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the unit. Indirect damages, loss of use, or subscriptions, data, or other devices connected to the product are not compensated.

5. Purchases from Third-Party Platforms

5.1 Orders from the Company’s official accounts on third-party platforms: Returns are handled through that platform's policy and procedures, and the warranty is provided by the Company according to Clause 4 after verifying that the seller on the invoice is the Company's account.

5.2 Orders from any other seller on those platforms or from sites outside the Kingdom: This policy and the warranty do not cover these; the reference for them is the seller themselves.

5.3 Codes and subscriptions included with the product: Provided as received from the manufacturer and are replaced only if proven to be inactive before delivery, purchased from an authorized channel, and within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

6. Commercial Customer Provisions

6.1 Inspection upon receipt: The commercial buyer must inspect the shipment and notify the Company in writing of any shortage or visible damage within three (3) business days of receipt; otherwise, the shipment is considered accepted.

6.2 The right of return for change of mind does not apply to commercial orders.

6.3 The warranty transfers to the end consumer who buys from the commercial buyer and is calculated from the date the commercial buyer sells to the consumer, up to a maximum of eighteen (18) months from the date the Company delivered it to the commercial buyer.

6.4 Wholesale commercial claims are subject to Technical Inspection for each unit individually and must be submitted with a list of serial numbers.

6.5 Any additional terms are governed by the supply contract; in case of conflict, the contract prevails.

7. Fraudulent Claims

The Company has the right to refuse a claim or suspend handling the account in the following cases: repeated claims on multiple units with an unusual pattern, providing modified evidence or evidence that does not belong to the unit, a discrepancy between the serial number and the sales record, or commercial use of the product (gaming centers, rental) without prior agreement.

8. General Provisions

  • The Company reserves the right to modify this policy by publishing a new dated version; every order is subject to the version in effect on the order date.
  • The Technical Inspection report is the Company's reference in applying this policy and is delivered to the customer upon request.
  • Nothing herein infringes upon any right that cannot be waived under Saudi regulations, and the return policy here (30 days) is broader than the regulatory limit (7 days from receipt).
  • Legal reference: E-commerce Law and its executive regulations, Consumer Protection Law, and jurisdiction lies with the judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
