Approved version: September 2026 (2026-09) — effective 25 September 2026 for all orders from that date; the version in force on the order date applies to each order. This text is the sole reference for the return and warranty policy; every shorter help-center article is subordinate to it.
1. Definitions
- Company: Qimmat Al-Tatawwurat Al-Mustaqbaliyah Commercial Company, the authorized distributor of GameSir products in Saudi Arabia.
- Authorized channel: the gamesir.sa store and the Company's official accounts, in its own name, on external marketplaces. Any other seller on those marketplaces is not an authorized channel.
- Delivery date: the date recorded by the carrier or the marketplace as the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase: the order number from an authorized channel and the invoice it issued.
- Serial number: the number printed on the product box or body; the Company's reference for identifying the unit and its date.
- Technical inspection: an inspection carried out by the Company or its delegate to determine the nature of a fault; its report is the reference for applying this policy.
2. Returns within thirty (30) days
2.1 Period: a return request is accepted within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests after that are handled under the warranty clause only.
2.2 Conditions, all of which must be met:
- The product is in its original condition, unused, with no scratches or signs of use.
- The original box and all components, accessories and booklets are returned, with code cards unscratched.
- Proof of purchase from an authorized channel.
- The serial number of the returned unit matches the unit delivered.
2.3 Change of mind or purchase by mistake: the customer bears the return shipping cost, deducted from the refund. The Company may deduct the value of any missing or damaged component.
2.4 Not eligible for return:
- Subscription codes and digital cards once scratched or activated.
- Products whose hygienic or protective packaging has been opened.
- Units showing signs of use, modification, or fitted with non-original accessories.
- Bundles unless returned complete.
2.5 Refund: after the unit arrives and is inspected, the amount is refunded to the original payment method within no more than fifteen (15) days of the return being accepted. No cash refunds and no refunds to a different method.
3. Defect on arrival
3.1 Reporting: the customer must open a support ticket within seven (7) days of delivery, and within forty-eight (48) hours if the damage occurred in shipping (broken box or visible damage).
3.2 Evidence required for the ticket to be accepted: three clear photos of the product from different angles showing the serial number, a video of no more than sixty (60) seconds showing the fault in operation, and a short description. A ticket without complete evidence is not considered submitted.
3.3 Handling: if technical inspection confirms a defect on arrival, the Company replaces the unit with the same or an equivalent model and covers return and replacement shipping. If no replacement is available, the amount is refunded under clause 2.5.
3.4 Insufficient evidence: the Company may request re-filming or receipt of the unit for inspection before any decision; the ticket stays pending until evidence is complete.
4. Twelve (12) month warranty
4.1 Period and scope: twelve (12) months from the delivery date, for the original purchaser from an authorized channel, non-transferable. Covers manufacturing defects and faults that technical inspection confirms are caused by a defect in the product.
4.2 Not covered:
- Gradual degradation or reduced performance of buttons, sticks, triggers and battery caused by normal wear over time.
- Breakage, scratches, deformed shell, liquid, dust or moisture ingress.
- Misuse, drops, excessive force, or storage in unsuitable heat or humidity.
- Opening, repairing or modifying the device outside the Company, or using unofficial software or firmware.
- Damage caused by non-original accessories, chargers or cables.
- Consumable accessories: cables, stick caps, stands, pads, straps.
- Cosmetic defects that do not affect function.
- Units bought from an unauthorized seller, or whose proof of purchase or serial number cannot be verified.
- Units with a defaced or removed serial number.
4.3 The warranty is not a periodic replacement program: replacement is not granted merely because performance declined with use. Claims made after extended periods of use are subject to technical inspection to determine the nature of the fault; wear caused by use is treated as consumption, not a defect.
4.4 Claim procedure:
- Open a support ticket with proof of purchase and the serial number.
- Provide the evidence set out in clause 3.2.
- Carry out the initial troubleshooting steps requested by support (reset, calibration, firmware update) and document the result.
- When requested, ship the unit for inspection in suitable packaging; the Company covers shipping if the fault is confirmed as covered, and the customer covers it if the fault is not covered or the unit is found working.
4.5 Handling when a defect is confirmed, in the following order at the Company's discretion: repair, then replacement with the same or an equivalent model, then a refund of the actual purchase price if neither is possible. A replacement unit continues the original warranty period; no new period starts.
4.6 Unit not covered: the customer receives a written inspection report stating the reason. The unit is returned at the customer's expense, or paid repair is offered where available. A unit not collected or whose shipping is not paid within thirty (30) days of notice is considered abandoned and the Company may dispose of it.
4.7 Limitation of liability: the Company's liability is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the unit. No compensation is given for indirect damages, loss of use, subscriptions, data, or other devices connected to the product.
5. Purchases on external marketplaces
5.1 Orders from the Company's official accounts on external marketplaces: returns follow that marketplace's policy and process; the warranty is provided by the Company under clause 4 after verifying that the seller on the invoice is the Company's account.
5.2 Orders from any other seller on those marketplaces or from sites outside Saudi Arabia: not covered by this policy or the warranty; the seller is the point of reference.
5.3 Codes and subscriptions bundled with the product: provided as received from the manufacturer, and replaced only if shown to have been unactivated before delivery, the purchase was from an authorized channel, and the claim is made within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
6. Business customers
6.1 Inspection on receipt: a business buyer must inspect the shipment and notify the Company in writing of any shortage or visible damage within three (3) business days of receipt; otherwise the shipment is deemed accepted.
6.2 The change-of-mind return right does not apply to business orders.
6.3 The warranty passes to the end consumer who buys from the business buyer and runs from the date of that sale, capped at eighteen (18) months from the Company's delivery to the business buyer.
6.4 Bulk business claims are subject to technical inspection unit by unit and must be submitted with a serial-number schedule.
6.5 Any additional terms are set in the supply contract, which prevails in case of conflict.
7. Abusive claims
The Company may reject a claim or suspend dealings with an account in the following cases: repeated claims across multiple units in an unusual pattern, altered evidence or evidence not belonging to the unit, a serial number that conflicts with the sales record, or commercial use of the product (gaming centers, rental) without prior agreement.
8. General provisions
- The Company may amend this policy by publishing a new dated version; the version in force on the order date applies to each order.
- The technical inspection report is the Company's reference for applying this policy and is provided to the customer on request.
- Nothing here affects any right that cannot be waived under Saudi law; the 30-day return period here is broader than the statutory minimum (7 days from delivery).
- Legal reference: the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations, the Consumer Protection Law, and the jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
