Overview
A multi-platform wireless controller that works with Switch, PC, Android, and Apple devices, connecting in three ways: Bluetooth, wireless receiver, and cable. It features a mode switch on the back, two programmable back buttons, trigger gear switches, two customizable light strips, a gyroscope, and an optional charging dock.

Device Layout and Button Names
On the front, there is a Minus button, A B X Y buttons, an M button, and a channel indicator in the center.

Connection and Operation
Power On and Off

The Home button along with the four face buttons selects the Bluetooth mode.
PC Connection
- Receiver Connection: Insert the included receiver into the device port, then move the mode switch to 2.4GHz mode and press the Home button to power on, then wait for the connection to complete.
- If receiver connection fails, press the pairing button on the receiver, and press and hold the Home button with the Screenshot button on the controller to return to pairing state.
- Wired Connection: Connect the controller to the PC with a Type-C cable.
- Bluetooth Connection: Move the mode switch to Bluetooth mode and press the Home button to power on.
- Press and hold the Home button with the Right face button until the channel indicator flashes rapidly, then search in the Bluetooth list for the device named Wireless Controller and click it to connect.
Switch Connection
- From the main menu on the Switch, go to the Controller menu then to the Change Grip/Order option.
- Move the mode switch on the controller to Bluetooth mode and press the Home button to power on.
- Press and hold the Home button with the Top face button until the channel indicator starts flashing rapidly up and down, then wait for the connection to complete.
- If connection fails, press and hold the Home button with the Screenshot button to return to pairing state.
Android Connection
- Move the mode switch to Bluetooth mode and press the Home button to power on.
- Press and hold the Home button with the Bottom face button until the channel indicator starts flashing rapidly.
- Search in the Bluetooth list on the device for the name GameSir-Nova Pro and click it to connect.
- If connection fails, press and hold the Home button with the Screenshot button to return to pairing state.
Apple Device Connection
- Move the mode switch to Bluetooth mode and press the Home button to power on.
- Press and hold the Home button with the Right face button until the channel indicator starts flashing rapidly.
- Search in the Bluetooth list on the device for the name DURLSHOK 4 Wireless Controller as written in the official manual, and click it to connect.
- If connection fails, press and hold the Home button with the Screenshot button to return to pairing state.
Forced Input Mode Switching
Press and hold the Minus button with the Plus button to forcibly cycle between the three input modes: XInput mode, Switch mode, and DS4 mode. This method works in receiver mode and wired mode only.
Indicator Status
The channel indicator is in the center of the front face.

Back Button Programming
- Press and hold the M button + L4 or R4 back button until the corresponding light strip flashes white slowly.
- Press the button whose function you want to map to the back button.
- Press the back button again to exit and save.
- If you exit the setup mode without pressing any button, the back button value will be cleared.
Turbo
The indicator flashing red when a button is pressed means Turbo is enabled for that button; repeating the same combination disables it.
Stick Deadzone
When zero deadzone is enabled, the controller vibrates briefly; when disabled, it vibrates longer.
Trigger Mode and Gear Switch
Move the trigger gear switch on the back of the controller to switch between long travel and short travel. After switching, press the trigger fully three times gently to automatically calibrate the travel distance.
Swap Button Layout
The four face buttons are removable and interchangeable, allowing them to be arranged in the layout starting from the top with Y, X, B, and A, or the layout starting with X, Y, A, and B.
Calibration
Stick and Trigger Calibration
- Set the trigger to long travel mode, then press and hold the Minus, Plus, and Home buttons together to enter calibration mode. Both light strips flash white slowly when entering.
- Push the sticks to their limit and rotate them two or three times.
- Press the trigger fully to its limit three times.
- Press the Bottom face button to exit, and the light strips will return to their normal state.
Gyroscope Calibration
- Place the controller on a flat, stable surface.
- Press and hold the M button + Screenshot button, and calibration starts automatically.
- During calibration, the light strips flash red and blue alternately.
- Calibration is complete when the light strips return to their original effect.
Reset
- Use a thin tool like a paperclip to press the reset button inside the circular hole on the back of the controller if the buttons stop responding.
- Restart the controller afterwards, as this action forces the controller to power off.
Companion Software and Firmware Update
- On mobile: Visit the official GameSir website or scan the QR code printed in the manual to download the GameSir app and use it to customize settings.
- On PC: Download the GameSir Connect software from the Microsoft Store or the official website and use it to customize settings.
- The GameSir Connect version must be 1.6.11 or later. If the update fails through the store, uninstall and reinstall the program, or download it directly from the software page on the official website.
- The controller connects to GameSir Connect in XInput mode via wired or receiver connection only, as the Bluetooth connection to the PC works in DS4 mode only.

FAQ
I cannot connect via Bluetooth
Move the mode switch on the back of the controller to Bluetooth mode, then activate the connection mode for the desired device (e.g., Top face button + Home button), then press and hold the Home button + Screenshot button for three seconds until the indicator flashes rapidly twice per second, and wait for the connection to complete.
I cannot connect the controller to the PC via the receiver
Insert the receiver into the dock port or directly into the PC port, then move the mode switch to receiver mode. The controller and receiver do not need to be manually paired. If both indicators flash rapidly twice per second, press the pairing button on the receiver once to move it to reconnection state, and restart the controller to move it to reconnection state as well.
Stick or trigger is not working properly
Perform stick and trigger calibration as described in the calibration section.
The indicator flashes red when any button is pressed
Turbo feature is enabled. Double-press the M button to stop it.
GameSir Connect software does not recognize the controller
Use version 1.6.11 or later and connect the controller via cable or receiver in XInput mode. If the problem persists: press Minus + Plus for three seconds to switch to XInput mode, press M + Home for three seconds to switch the Product ID, then press Home + Plus for five seconds to force XInput mode, then uninstall the driver from Device Manager and scan for hardware changes.
Buttons or triggers are acting incorrectly
Press and hold Home + Menu, or View + Menu + M together to restore original settings.
How do I connect to an Android TV
If the TV Bluetooth version is 5.0 or later and the game supports controllers, you can connect via Android mode and play.
The indicator does not light up when the controller is on the charging dock
If the automatic light on/off option is enabled in GameSir Connect, the light will turn off when placed on the dock. If disabled, the light will remain on and turn off when charging is complete.
The controller does not light up when lifted from the dock
After lifting it from the dock, you must move the mode switch to 2.4GHz mode to use it; if the switch is in the Off position, it will be lifted while powered off.
How do I know if zero deadzone is enabled
When enabled, the controller vibrates briefly; when disabled, it vibrates longer.
Is there a phone holder
